Tamar is a Method actress Stansislavski/Strassberg. She is fluent in French English Dutch Flemish and has notions of German. Tamar started her career at the age of 11 as the first Dutch child actress in the popular TV Series ,De Kleine Waarheid and at the age of 15 in the hip series for the adolescents, Q&Q. She starts Drama School in London at the age of 21: East Fifteen Acting School, and graduates 3 years later. Her first role in cinema was with Rudolf van den Berg in BASTILLE (1984). Later, she played in two Productions under the Direction of Oscar Winner Mike van Diem.

In 1990 in France , the dutch Actress Tamar Baruch got known for interpreting the Cybernetic Character Cléo in « CYBERFLASH », in the mythical Canal + Show "Nulle Part Ailleurs". It was no accident because one of Tamar’s assets is her voice. Tamar played many roles for the Voice Plays for FRANCE CULTURE. During 7 years she was the voice of the short one minute programme "MUSIC NEWS" for BFM. She was from 2009 till 2016 the official voice of the French Radio Station TSFJAZZ..
